Crystal, MBA, is a published writer and copywriter with over ten years of experience within the nonprofit and educational world. She has successfully underwritten several grants and served on boards with previous national nonprofits.

The first-generation college graduate holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Texas and a master’s in business management from the University of Phoenix. She believes in good food, relationships, everlasting learning, and overall philanthropic goodwill for all mankind.

Elizabeth is a native Texan and has worked in the non-profit, educational, and government community of Dallas for over a decade. She has received a BA in Social Work and MA in Library Science from Texas Woman’s University, and an MA in Social Work from the University of Arlington. She also has her LMSW from the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners. Elizabeth’s educational and personal experience has allowed her to connect with a diverse population, understand the struggles of environmental challenges, and celebrate the success of individuals. She believes in cultural representation, the power of knowledge, and the importance of opportunities.  

Monica is a master teacher in adult education. Her experience of 20 years teaching English and GED has allowed her to develop curriculum; form a community of connections in the adult education sector in Dallas; and foster a great repertoire with her students. She enjoys lesson planning and attending literacy events.

Monica holds a B.A. and a Master's degree in Linguistics from Texas A&M Commerce. She has worked at Wilkinson Center, Dallas College, and Dallas Public Libraries.
